Mission Oaks National Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mission Oaks Bancorp, a bank holding company. Mission Oaks Bancorp was formed in early 2005; and effective September 1, 2005, after shareholder and regulatory approval, the bank was merged into the bank holding company. Shareholders of the bank became the shareholders of the bank holding company. |
