Bob Willyard, a long-time community banker, is the bank's Senior Vice President/Real Estate Lender. He concentrates on real estate construction and mini-perm financing for both residential and commercial properties.
Bob brings a wealth of experience and contacts to the bank. He has created an in-house construction loan fund control disbursement and inspection system that enhances the bank's level of customer service. Many contractors seek out such a system, as it makes the project's construction disbursement more convenient and timely.
Bob comes to the bank from another local community bank, where he was SVP/Real Estate Division Manager for the past 5 years. Prior to that, he has served with several other community bank's in similar capacities. |
